Burj Al Arab Hotel installs NDI-RS technology for 1st class results

08 May 2009

In its relatively short tenure on the Dubai coastline this legendary and symbolic hotel has attracted international attention and awe, ensuring its place as one of the most photographed structures in the world. Designed to resemble a billowing sail, Burj Al Arab soars to a height of 321 metres, dominating the Dubai skyline.

With its chauffeur driven Rolls Royce’s and with luxury and elegance oozing from every pore it was essential that the security system monitoring the vehicle movements around this impressive complex were 1st class to match its unparalleled status as the world’s most luxurious hotel.

NDI-RS working in tandem with our professional partners MVP Technology were chosen to install ANPR at the hotel following the previous successful installations at other Jumeriah Group hotels including the Madinat Jumeriah, Beach Jumeriah Hotel and the impressive Emirates Towers hotel.

The installed ANPR system monitors all vehicle movements in and around the hotel complexes and presents all the data and images onto a central server for X matching with hotlist databases, control of white list and black lists and to ensure the free flow of traffic into and around these lavish hotels.

NDI-RS have been operating in this region for over three years and our ability to provide complete end-to-end high accuracy ANPR solutions is unsurpassed.
