Key Facts

• Appian provide high tech products for Automatic Number Plate Recognition ('ANPR'), vehicle identification, modern traffic management, parking guidance and car park management problems, for the surveillance, counter terrorism, traffic management, access control and congestion charging markets.

• Our main products are Talon (ANPR system) and Navigator PGI (parking guidance information system).

• In 2003, Appian introduced TalonSP, a software based version with all the functionality of Talon, which is capable of running a number of cameras on any modern PC platform. This expands the market for Appian's products.

• Appian is currently building an overseas distributor network to capitalise on the growing demand for the products.
