Number of Securities In Issue
The Company’s issued share capital consists of 50,000 redeemable preference shares with a nominal value of £1 each and 184,768,695 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1.0 pence each (“ordinary shares”), each share having equal voting rights.
The company does not hold any shares in treasury and therefore the number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 184,768,695. At 3rd January 2008 the following interests of shareholders in excess of 3%, have been notified to the company.
